He was also wounded prior.
 
Rainstorms produce a ton of raindrops to the point just a cubic meter can have thousands of droplets within it. So the absurdity of dodging something like this is ridiculous even with superior speed, thats usually why writers make this an impressive feat because of how it works. The feat would be unimpressive if say the character could cover great distances fast, but ones combat and reaction speed being higher doesn't equal dodging thousands of raindrops being easier. Its also why danmaku is a thing, even with superior speed one still needs to maneuver themselves through the tiniest gaps to dodge.
 
Feats like dodging raindrops within a storm is anatomically impossible. No amount of human skill or body control can let you weave through every hundreds of drop a few centimetres or less away without some kind of ability/hax. Its reaches supernatural levels of skill and can vary well mean AoE is a dud if it isn't some super closely pact blast.

He can one shot Zoro from the distance, his ranged attack has virtually no travel time and follows along the length of his sword. It would also be a one shot due to cm type 3 and spatial manipulation
Zoro is also unlikely to hit him since he now scales directly to Reinhard
If you wanna try arguing for AoE being undodgable, think again. Ram scales an eternity of training below Theresia and she could dodge invisible explosions in a corridor
He can also dodge Raindrops in a storm or dust particles in a sandstorm

Precog and observation haki still deals with that by dodging and or countering via spammed slashes, can use conquerors Haki to give openings as well

Zoro also resists spatial manipulation

F no, speed is still equal, zoro can get up close via propelling himself and blitz anytime or can use aoe storm slashes which he's not dodging because of speed being equalized

Zoro also becomes much stronger in the moment of battle... Making it even more in his favor the more time goes on

The only thing zoro has to worry about is cecilus slashes from one of his swords, while cecilus has to worry about zoro blitzing, spamming multiple attacks that one shots and huge aoe attacks that he cannot dodge because of speed being equalized

He dodged HOMING danmaku attack faster than him via perception boost so no, Zoro aint hitting him

technically if we go by the profile, he dodged a SoL attack while being MH+
