At best, the only speed such feats can qualify for in themselves is in the Subsonic range - some people may claim that afterimages mean a character is moving faster than light, but that is both faulty reasoning and an outlier for many characters regardless.

Gojo never did afterimages until his fight with Sukuna, his greatest fight, where he needed to try his hardest and suddenly now he shows us afterimages for speed? Gojo was never faster than subsonic before this

Damage Boost comes from Cursed Energy Reinforcement, which already falls under the Cursed Energy Manipulation page

Blue just makes Gojo's fist and the opponent converge at the same space, making it more effective due to being like a perfectly placed hit, a "counterpunch," as Kusakabe said
