Not going to lie, a part of me is a tad disheartened that the show is ending for good if Volume 10 ends up being the last volume. Don't get me wrong though, RWBY is a very flawed show and has elements that either irritate me or genuinely anger me, but yet at the same time I've had a lot of fun watching the show in the past year and grown to like a number of the characters.
Now is it a great show? Hell to the **** no it isn't, and I'm completely unsurprised that RT's ineptitude with the brand has caused such a scenario to come to fruition, but at the same time I at least hope that CRWBY can end the show with a bang as opposed to a whimper.

As bad as RWBY can be, I don't think the writers are the type of people to purposefully bump up the powers of their characters for the sake of ensuring their character wins a popular MU made by some versus nerds on the internet. So rest assured, if they strictly use canon Soul Eater and RWBY, Maka's still going to kill Ruby quite brutally even with anything Volume 10 gives Ruby.
And I know Weekly would say otherwise, but I don't think DB is going to bother with crossover scaling for Ruby's stats so it's going to be even worse for the poor girl

Ruby vs Maka is the big one but after that I feel its kinda done in a sense
Neo vs Toga exist and Toga stomps
