As bad as RWBY can be, I don't think the writers are the type of people to purposefully bump up the powers of their characters for the sake of ensuring their character wins a popular MU made by some versus nerds on the internet. So rest assured, if they strictly use canon Soul Eater and RWBY, Maka's still going to kill Ruby quite brutally even with anything Volume 10 gives Ruby.
And I know Weekly would say otherwise, but I don't think DB is going to bother with crossover scaling for Ruby's stats so it's going to be even worse for the poor girl

Last two Rwby episodes are among the least viewed episodes in there respective season s.
Weiss vs Mitsuru is sitting 2.4 mil and Blake vs hasn't even broke 2mil at this point only sitting at 1.8Mil
Yang vs Tifa took place in a season where DB average episode would net clicks that would laugh at modern DB average clicks
Ruby vs Maka is the big one but after that I feel its kinda done in a sense
Neo vs Toga exist and Toga stomps
Cinder vs Azula is also a thing but let's be real Azula winning even if she shouldn't is more preferred in general
