I think just the validity of the multipliers and which of the calcs to use.

For a multiplier system be used:
- Choose whether to follow the revised Jagi nuke feat or the Kaioh water vaporisation potential statement or both
- Determine which multipliers are there, how that multiplier move works and how that should work in a vs debate and power scaling issue
- Lay down details of all fights (I mean all fights with any character with a decent name - anyone stronger than or remotely comparable to Jagi)
- Describe the characters and their states used in the fight
- State which characters at which scale from what feat/state
- All the above done in a sortable, well-drawn table. In one blog. Or multiple blogs.
As a common sense check every top tier yields massively bigger than planet level may indicate the multiplier and the scaling system been too aggressive and needs check, revision or even rework.
For a multiplier system not be used:
- Choose whether to follow the revised Jagi nuke feat or the Kaioh water vaporisation potential statement or both
- State which characters scale from what feat
If it just takes too long to make the multiplier research project, we can go for the no multiplier route first, then take the leisure time to put any effort in the multiplier project.

I think at this point we should focus on Jagi feat and determinate with end it the most correct/accurate, and for the SoL/FTL stuff i think its fine at it is.
And for the multipliers, i think we can keep the 3x increase of the Tenryu Kokyu Hou, everything else can be talk in a later date.

I think he already has soul manipulation from fighting that wolf-ghost that was the manifestation of Yahma's soul.

See. One attack that removes souls from one body can be one form of soul manipulation. But... a very basic one.
Almost looks indifferent from "I punch you so hard you die so RIP".
That move is Hokuto Shinhozan right?
Add that ability as a move for Hokuto Shinken practitioners.

Most of us with the exception of Jasonsith think the 3.33x multipliers are valid (and IIRC you supported it too), and we also need to decide whether to use the airblast part of the Movie nuke calc or just the nuke explosion value.

We could meet half-way and just say "Nuke Yield value, possibly Airblast Value"
Personally I always saw air moving calcs as a way to get way higher results than is what is actually intended even though they technically are correct

Is there another moderator tier staff (other than Ant where discretionary vote should really only be used on very critical moments) on actually buying the multiplier stuff? (In the context of actually using the TKH as an AP multiplier in-verse for vs debating purpose rather than just "thinking" that there should be one then writing up a list - everyone can spam it and with enough "supporters" everyone can wank or downplay a verse to nowhere.)
That big table (which is essential for the application for the multiplier) I still cannot see any actual drafts.

For primary Hokuto Shinken and its variants they more or less can have the same powers & abilities of Kenshiro (aside for maybe advance techinques like Musō Tensei and Soryu Tenha).
This would include Raoh, Kasumi, Toki, Jagi, Ryuken, Amiba, Kaioh, Hyoh, Han, Shachi, Mang Kuangyun, Charles De Guise, Zhang Taiyan and Liu Zongwu.

Since quite some equally knowledgeable people really insist on setting a multiplier system for powerscaling purpose and not just an addition of powers and abilities, such practice is to be handled with extreme caution. And again, fill in anything.
Insert new exlanations if necessary.
Until the scaling chains are complete and I (or another mod) give a final thumb up, I suggest refraining from making vs threads from this verse and if things get out of control just assume everyone is Jagi tier. first and then lock the pages.
Only when the multiplier system is clearly established then we can apply the changes using the new multiplier system.

Since Ken would obviously upscale from the 92 teraton nuke calc (if it is accepted) to Baseline High 6-B, that'd be a solid High 6-B rating for BoS Ken.
