I've been thinking of the statement that he had saitama on the defensive (which was also said for the superior, based anime guidebook)
I think it's necessary to put "had a casual saitama on the defensive" into his speed and AP justification, that way we can probably remove the possibly rating that had to be shoved in here to appease Damage.
Additionally, Boros' condensed laser should be rela+ and possibly ftl because of the fact that meteoric burst uses his latent energy
and my next plan is probably to add to Boros' intelligence (and standard tactics) that he uses dust from his energy beam to land a sneak attack, like this
perhaps even limited stealth mastery
and of course, pseudo flight
also, his regen is the best in the universe (shown here and on the databook page)
meaning he should be noted as having better regen than melz, who survived this stuff:
class P feat had absolutely no business getting removed smh.

Saitama literally was letting himself get hit.
This means nothing. Saitama has no reason to defend Boros' attacks and you know that.

Attacking from smoke isn't stealth mastery, it's just a sneak attack, as you mentioned.

Being on the defensive just implies that casual saitama wasn't able to get in counterattacks very easily against released Boros, it's support for his speed.

Saitama has enhanced senses, but Boros was genuinely capable of sneaking up on him and surprising him.
still better than the current regen feat
correction: I had the opportunity to convince wrong people that they are wrong, and then decided that was too much work. The fact that I proved it doesn't mean anything, since majority vote tends to go to lowballing.
But it's still a clear cut LS feat that I'm using offsite.
