I think Goku can destroy the Kitchen cannon removing Orange's moon level attack potency but Orange can still win via Duplication or Transmutation
But Goku can still get speed amps with his super saiyan and kaioken powers and kill Orange before he does that so I think both characters have genuine win conditions here

He can desintegrate all Orange cells, until he can't regenarate anymore with a supercharged Kamehameha.
If he can do before being defeat is anyone guess now, but he would use a kamehameha in some point,

The Orange have teleportation, and duplication would also make harder to one destroy them all, not to mention size change, all that are first moves from orange

Orange only has around 5-C durability so I'm sure that a 5-A Goku could disintegrate him with a powerful ki blast

I mean, if Orange uses size changing or duplication It will probable need a charged one to deal with all the Orange New mass, and we are ignorig Orange normal social influence that let's him distract his oponents in the start of the fights "HEY! HEY GOKU!! HEY!"

Oh dang it I mixed up the arcs. I meant to use Namek Saga Goku. I mixed it up because I thought Saiyan Saga was the arc where he got the Super Saiyan transformation. It's Base Orange vs Namek Saga Goku

Isn't really in character for him to use this form sinse is a one episode thing, and don't seen use this things in this form sinse he didn't used them in the time he was the super citrus, only issuing his annoying the oponent move and ki blasts, lateral using the Dragon balls to ressurect the fallen fighters(as kazus)

anyways orange wins either way. base orange can hax goku whereas goku can’t pass orange’s regen without charged attacks, which would give orange time to use said hax. goku does have a wincon but it leaves him open, meanwhile orange can win at any time

Cloning + size changing probable can make orange survive, teleportationnd starting distracting and annoing the oponent would also help

cloning and size changing won’t save orange from someone an entire tier above him. goku clears out all of the clones by waving his hand in their general vicinity

Talking to him may help trough. Basically distracting goku from the fight to talk to orange, givig time for madness manipulation, transmutation or knife mid time while annoying goku. Especially sinse isn't in character for goku to atack a oponent that is tring to talk to him instead of fighting
