During the Saiyan Saga, Vegeta couldn't sense Ki. He only developed that during Namek. That doesn't change any of the other ways he can find Sakura tho

Reactive Power Level? I mean, that definitely can be a factor. I see it as more of a supporting argument alongside the other Vegeta arguments, but good point.

Both characters are fairly smart and have been trained since they were young, and given their professions Ninja/ planet collector, they likely have had their fair share of battles, but that isn't to ignore that as a saiyan vegeta is inherently more likely to seek conflict, thus i have no issue giving him the experience points
Skill is a bit more nebulous because martial arts doesn't really scale linearly and we have no idea how good any of vegeta foes were prior to meeting Goku, however given than Taijutsu seems to be more homogenized in naruto, it’s fair to say that vegeta has had more experience with different kinds of martial arts so i don't see an issue with Vegeta adapting. However skill is a much broader umbrella than just martial arts, Sakura is also skilled in the use of Kenjutsu and shuriken no jutsu and ninja training is inherently built on outsmarting your enemies through unpredictability,so while Vegeta is the better martial artist Sakura seems to be the more rounded fighter. How this effects the match seems to be more situational than anything else.
Vegeta’s inherent advantages of superior mobility and range would help him keep sakura at bay on paper but in practice im not so sure, given that in character Vegeta’s bread and butter is close quarters combat and continues to use it against opponents stronger than him like recoom and frieza, thats not to say he wont use those advantages once he realizes he has them but it’s not something i think he will resort to off the bat.
When it comes to Vegeta’s great ape form theres no question that this folds sakura physically, the issue is that Sakura’s regeneration and summoning would allow her to stay in the fight for a little while, The creation rebirth was able to save someone like Tsunade who’s regeneration had to keep up with her entire body being torn apart when she teleported. And by the time of Boruto Sakura has since matched and surpassed Tsunade. Meaning that conventional strikes that shatter bones like what we saw against Goku arnt going to cut it, Katsuyu also gives Sakura nice protection given it’s strange biology makes it essentially immune to blunt trauma, and it’s corrosive acid might make Vegeta think twice. However this all goes out the window if vegeta resorts to a barrage of Ki attacks, Sakura would be left with no choice but to avoid them and given how large some of Vegeta’s AOE attacks are i don't think stealth would be a viable option here.
The second is whether or not Sakura could figure out that vegeta’s tail is his weakness. And well yeah.. I dont think Sakura would need to know about the saiyans weaknesses to know this given it’s size and the fact that it’s one of the few parts of Vegeta’s body not covered in armor, it’s a fairly easy target, that's also while ignoring the fact that tails are generally weak points in the animal kingdom and as medical ninja Sakura as extensive knowledge on anatomy so it will be easy to deduce.
The larger problem here is if Sakura would be able to even get to the tail before being crushed, substitutions seem like a viable option at first but it’s not a get out of jail card in every instance. But the larger issue for sakura is that with the ten times amp she only has one way of hurting vegeta and getting in so close makes her susceptible to being hit regardless. It’s possible but i dont think it’s more or less likely than Vegeta’s win conditions.
However a more interesting question would be, given Sakura’s superior lifting strength and the fact that she tussled with massive creatures before, is it possible for her to just pin Vegeta or yank his tail given that just putting pressure on the tail is enough to cause massive amounts of pain.
However the other option is that vegeta just gets pissed and blows up the planet, which might seem like a victory for sakura given she can breath in space but im a bit skeptical about this, while Sakura could breath in space it isn't a passive ability and requires her to somewhat prepare for it, theres no reason given the fact that planet busting lasers aren't exactly common in Naruto for her to have the foresight to prepare for a vacuum. It’s more likely for her to be rendered unconscious before given the chance.
