This should be added as an Inconclusive, when a matchup has equal votes for too many days it's counted as Inconclusive.

For the last time read the last paragraph.

Valid vote count is at least 7 votes and a difference of 3 votes. According to English, “At least 7” means any number from 7 and above.

I’m not going to keep arguing with you on something you brought yourself. So if you remain adamant with your flawed interpretation so be it.

How many votes for each side were there when there was a difference of at least 3?

According to English Language, the “final vote” means the last vote not the first vote.
The final vote that resulted in a valid vote count, meaning the thing that made it a valid vote count. You're being far too pedantic. By that logic, I could switch my vote to incon, which would again be a final vote that results in a valid vote count, then switch it to Sakura, resetting grace again, etc. etc.
The part about a notable debate not covered by Profile and stuff
Great Ape's amp literally falls under that category.

Yeah, that can happen. Grace can be reset multiple times. I've seen matchups go for a month with active debating.

If you get a valid count of say 7-4 (which would start grace) and then another person comes in and votes and the count is 7-5, grace is invalided and starts over once a majority has been reached.

No I'm pretty sure it's just that 24 hours from when grace first starts is when the match officially ends unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Certified Ant moment.
Speaking of Ant maybe asking him how to proceed in this situation would be best.

No. The grace period/timer only starts/keeps going as long as there is a majority vote. IE, there's clear winner. The grace period is meant to allow any last minute arguments or votes. Giving people time to respond to the debate and/or change the outcome. If in that 24 hours the winning the side loses their majority, the match keeps going.

EDIT: There no hard timer on a match.

Where in the rules does it say that?

Bruh🗿You can't just ignore a discussion about the rules
