He is a child, and he can only go for his age. You literally can be an adult mentally at 14 years and yet you are allowed to have sex with your age.

He is the same guy with the same knowledge of morals and such as before and he is mentally 50. If you say that he can't go beyond his mental age of 34 due to reincarnating into a kid then he is still 34.

Again, your applying abnormally strict standards onto age for zero reason. Just because he has a certain mental age doesn't mean he's barred from forming new relationships in his next life with people around his physical age. Get tf off your high horse.

Mental age relates to your intellectual development, in which Rudeus is 50.

So because you have the intellectual development of a middle-aged man, you can only date people around that age, even if you're a child chronologically?

I don't necessarily agree with Arecus' claims that Rudeus is a pedophile, but to say what Rudeus did isn't at the very least, vile and disgusting, is definitely weird, and it shouldn't be ignored because of the fact that he got reincarnated or he has mental issues.
