To clarify this joke to others, None say this not because how strong the character could be but instead because Kousuke quite literally when in combat mode become chuuni do to how his ability work and affect his mental state.

Ahh, chuunibyou es un termino japonés que se utiliza para describir a alguien que es como un niño chiquito emocionado jugando un juego imaginario que se invento, un ejemplo concreto sería como cuando de pequeños jugábamos a que éramos super sayajins y decíamos estupideces como kaioken 1000x o cosas por el estilo, otro ejemplo podría ser como cuando de pequeños creíamos tener superpoderes y tratábamos de controlar el clima o cosas similares. Probablemente pudiese haberlo explicado de una mejor forma, pero esencialmente creo que transmití el punto bien.

Super Neo Metal Sonic for 3rd strongest 5-A, a lot of Zeref's good hax doesn't affect Metal Sonic and being at minimum 199x stronger also helps.

Metals power Mimicry copies biology meaning he would get his regen and assuming that zeref resists his own powers this would prove null

Zeref's regen doesn't come from biology; it comes from his curse. Which can only be used by living beings as it's a curse based on life and death
Zeref's also 20x faster so unless the mimicry is passive, Zeref Neo Eclipses before he could even copy it.

Neo MS's power mimicry also copies stats if need be (besides aren't most matches speed equal?) and it works via scanning like in his fight with Sonic he copied his abilities by looking at him and then proceeded to curbstomp him.

As someone currently going through the process of reading DE (good novel, I thank zara for introducing it to me and vsbw for pushing my interest in it so it was higher up on my reading list), he gets passived to death by the deconstruction in particular (I'm not taking my chances on ning not just saying no to the mind and soul hax) which breaks him down to quarks and things of that level, and A.T fields should stop any attempts at possession.
