Bastard dudes should be 1st 5B and 2nd 5C (Konron) shared with Ergen. Cuz they don’t have type 1 concept in those keys it seems, debate to win them is another story, I’ve had enough with chinamen

1. Just having a high level power isn't a win, else Subhuti would be higher in 4-B.

2. Ergen dudes technically also have Type 1 concept manipulation as well (though limited), though I should make that CRT first so I guess it doesn't matter here.

Just because X has Y power doesnt mean they cant defeat Z instantly if its not something that can you know give insta win, some insane passivs, smurf hax or plot manip and the like. A lot of time, characters that don't have that much hax or such a strong power could defeat someone who has through skills, or some weird combat style or idk what combo with their power...exampe look at all manga fights.

This just seems to be mentally based, but soul hax in bleach can already affect mind based souls.
