Awakened Garou vs Oltura (Battle for 4th Strongest Non-Smurf 5-A)

Unless I'm mistaken, Oltura doesn't have any resistance to Garou's radiation manipulation. Garou stands there until Oltura dies. Match ends in under a minute.

uh lets see, passive radiation ***** oltura here, mind manipulation would be troubling if not for that fact
also he one shots, adapts, regens, copies, develops exponentially, gg gg gg gg gg
 
Garou is mostly a melee fighter, he gets close and dies by deconstruction

Also, the light is passive and across thousands of kilometers, so he gets mindhaxed into oblivion
 
Is nobody gonna explain why Garou can't just improvise adapt and overcome against Oltura's shit. Garou swiftly makes his copies better than the original ability as well.

eventually his AP would be so much higher than he just ends up incinerating him beyond resurrection with a single attack, since this is already a one shot
Garou wins pretty easily tbh, just has a hard time due to mind manip but would probably just adapt to it because why not
in seriousness he has supernatural willpower which would be a temporary counter to mind manip at least

Besides just standing, Garou can just throw a NF punch and paste Oltura from where he stands or even BFR from where he stands or do literally anything and paste Oltura

But Garou has shown to then be able to approve those abilities further than what they were. Also, it's likely he could adapt to his opponent's deconstruction. (Also, we need a future CRT done, because someone brought up that Garou should have resistance to deconstruction/matter manipulation due to his ability to survive his GRB without having his molecules altered by the radiation).

Edit: Also, don't forget he has modes. He ca go mode Oltura and resist its powers.
