I'm pretty sure current Saitama is also weaker. Causality was reversed. He doesn't have his future power since the growth never happened.

The VGS system only has data on what Genos has seen, which up until that point is nothing compared to Saitama's full power.
The evidence is here. Stated that Saitama does in fact grow, just not enough for anyone to notice since he stomps regardless.

I made a mistake. It's downloads the data of the wearer (in this case, Saitama). Saitama has never shown power even close to his full power, thus my point still stands.

I agree with OP, but I do think in the explanation section for Saitama's 4-A that bit relying on Genos's explanation should be removed. I don't think Genos is really a reliable enough source to be making such estimations about Saitama's power

I also have this opinion on Genos going "There is no possible timeline where Garou could have outplayed you" since he's specifically talking about Saitama being unable to stop Garou killing him.
