Nah, Saitama just learned Garou's "Final Martial Art Technique", yet he lost it when he lost his memories.

I warn you that's not gonna be accepted.

Something he already forgot

Even considering he bleed, he has never shown any sign of scratches, so, at least for now, no regen for Saitama
I'm talking specifically about peak saitama so none of this matters, it will most likely just be a new key

immeasurable speed would only be anywhere near the realm of possible if it were confirmed that saitama never had superpowers and just does stuff through sheer physical attributes, but it's pretty blatant time manipulation no matter how it spin it

not immeasurable. its time travel
especially how he needs to use it as a technique and the fact that he forgot about it means he can't do it actually with his sheer speed.
i don't see an immeasurable reaction at all unless you want all time travelers to have immeasurable reaction which is uhh questionable.
anyway
HOLY MOLY WTF IS GOING ON WITH OPM Manga

saitama can one shot people after a few moments of fighting, not to mention he's got all of garou's powers meaning he can instantly bring himself up to his opponent's level and AD does the rest
now let's think about this for a moment, with the limiter broken there's no finite character that saitama shouldn't be able to copy the power of, and with exponential growth he can easily reach 3-A within a fight, and go trillions past baseline the longer things go on, not to mention garou taught him that he can use hax like reversing time when he feels like it, and acausal punches to end fights before they begin, and he might possibly even have regen considering that the blood earlier in the chapter could have very well been real since garou was at his strength, but then later in the fight he doesn't even have the same scratch effects which should be there, not to mention he can now breathe in space, and fly with the serious fart, and is a martial arts master....

saitama solos battle of gods
If Saitama fought a 3-A character he'd have the same problem the Hulk has when fights Thanos or Galactus, i.e. getting instantly defeated before he can amp himself to their level.

Unless the character he's fighting pulled a Beerus and holds back in order to get a challenging fight.

The sinister thing is that this punch that Saitama gave the Garou, was inevitable, Saitama gave while he was still going back in time, that is, Saitama can hit even an enemy that is much superior to him in speed if he uses it.

the AD amp does have that weakness yeah
the power mimicry doesn't actually have that issue though, since garou instantly went from saitama fodder to being able to tank a serious punch ^2 with a single transformation, but its weakness is that only future saitama knows to do that
so yeah, past saitama would only stand a chance against an in-character goku who is just testing his power and wants a good fight, but battle of gods goku at his peak could THEORETICALLY get his power copied instantly by future saitama, and then instantly surpassed with AD

Doesn't seem so. 4 of his Ls were Pre/During Training matches so can't do much about those, and his 3 Post-Training Ls were matches he lost due to hax

welp
at least now we get to add some wins, when he gets his new key
Peak Garou Fight Saitama vs Battle of Gods goku, both in character, battle takes place on Jupiter, speed unequalized

I prefer this explanation of Saitama. Not the I one shot your verse guy no matter what with thousands of fans backing it making me not like the character at all. So he's not naturally infinitely strong but he can grow infinitely and evolve to what he needs to defeat his enemy, assuming said enemy is just not too far for him to get to that point. Which is still good news for saitama fans as he will become universal when he fights god

dwtq

So technically Saitama can grow extremely more powerful in a battle where they both start base to base then go back and oneshot his opponent with an undodgeable punch.

Your right, but watch it transform into "Saitama evolves" against pretty much anything 🗿

If the opponent toys with him yes or is close to his level. If the opponent is just higher he can just get blown away
