Not necessarily what?
If he didn't experience the events why are the feats going to be awarded
Again... except Proven otherwise
It is because prior to the merger, Future Saitama still fought against Cosmic Garou before he turns to dust in Chapter 168, that is why we get a key for that Saitama,

Yes future Saitama fought Cosmic Garou
The problem is Future Saitama is not Depicted to be dominant to Current Saitama
Hence Current Saitama never experienced the fight with Garou
It was just post GRB

Quick question. Why did everyone assume that Blast and Co redirected the explosion and not portal away part of it? Visually it looks like his portals.

Nope, you scale to the feat all around when you go to speeds like Infinite and Immeasurable. Immeasurable reactions = Immeasurable combat speed = Immeasurable travel speed because your body as a whole needs to cope with that kind of speed.
That explains why no one specifies when the speeds reach those levels.

If that's what we do, then that's what we do, but I don't agree with it.

Saying someone could per se, run towards the beginning of the big bang simply because they were able to tag an object or person traveling only a few minutes from the future (or to say that they too can thus travel a few minutes into the future) is kind of a no limits fallacy.

Also it isn’t immeasurable, it is technically infinite speed.
Infinite Speed (Able to travel any finite distance in zero time, or move an infinite distance within a finite amount of time. Teleportation does not count. For further information, see the "Further Explanations"-section below.)

Wasn’t it before Boris and others arrived?
I need to reread it I guess.
Did they stated that they warp it away?

No?

Then we go with what blast already said that he will use everything he have to at least redirect the energy away from earth.

The crew also only said that they will lead him a hands

Because they directly state they’re only changing the vector of the blast + we see the blast fired off in one direction + followed by an explosion + then a hole in space which then later gets reformed when time reversal comes in. I think that’s a pretty clear indication they only changed the direction of the blast.

Simple. Infinite speed is any distance within 0 time or an infinite distance within a finite timeframe. Infinity divided by anything is still infinity, so at this point infinite travel speed would undeniably scale to reactions and combat speeds since your body parts and your head would need to cope travelling that fast unlike with other lower speeds where you don't need to move remotely as fast to change trajectory (Unless of course the story says flight speed is equal to combat speed and reactions).

Immeasurable is being able to travel to any point in time as easily as rolling your eyes from left to right with sheer speed alone (Without using any other bullshit time travel powers) or being completely beyond linear time itself i.e. you exist on a higher level of existence than time and thus are no longer under its control. Examples like this include landing an attack well before it is even struck, and dodging an attack that has already been landed, or literally bunny hopping from one point in the past to another point in the future just by casually side-stepping and somesuch.

If that's what we do, then that's what we do, but I don't agree with it.

That's how Immeasurable speed works, if you're doing it with sheer speed and don't have bullshit time travel powers. Characters get immeasurable speed just by running through time itself, just ask the Flash.

Immeasurable speed should by default grant you time travel but time travel doesn't necessarily mean you get immeasurable speed.

Sure I guess. It’s just seemed weird to me, considering he said that he can’t give it enough distance and they appear. But whatever, I don’t mind.

Also it seems that Garou's portal range seems to have a limit as he needed to be in relative proximity to Earth in order to travel there.

For speed, I think it's best we calculate Saitama sneezing from Io all the way to the point he could see Earth in the distance, or we can use the Io ping pong thing.

AFAIK, most are seemingly leaning to 4-A. GOD shouldn't have a physical rating atm, but he should haven an "At least 4-A" AP via him granting Garou a fraction of his power and casually killing and taking them away. I guess he should also have deconstruction and life manipulation.

Blast with his spatial manip could hold Saitama's and Garou's 4-A attack for a limited amount of time., I think that Blast should get "At most 4-A with Spatial Manipulation" since this is a feat he did with hax and not physically. He should scale to both Saitama and Garou in speed as he was able to take an early cosmic Garou by surprise as well as activate his powers before Saitama and Garou could punch each other.

I'd say rating would be like

GOD: At least 4-A

Blast: 5-A, possibly High 4-C. At most 4-A with Spatial Manipulation

Saitama: 4-A, higher with Reactive Evolution

Garou: 5-A, possibly High 4-C, up to 4-A with Power Mimicry, higher with Reactive Evolution

I'll add more later on as I'm a bit busy atm.
Just pointing it is higher with accelerated development, not Reactive Evolution

Saitama's and Garou's punches clashing resulted in a Punch², suggesting their regular Serious Punch is much weaker:

Does Saitama have Reactive Evolution (developing new abilities/resistances in response to opponent) or just Accelerated Development (becoming faster/stronger)?

technically it wouldn't be moving in zero time, it'd be moving in an infinitely small amount of time
moving in zero time would make you immeasurable or whatever, since if you move 5 miles in 0 amount of time you're going 5/0 mph, which is dividing by zero obv

also this proves that saitama was at least 16 times stronger at the end of the fight, even if we never are able to use his exponential AD on the profile (which is kinda downplay but whatever)
