He didn’t, because Saitama is able to tank serious full powered punches without so much as a scratch but that one normal punch apparently hurt him? That’s inconsistent and illogical. It was either bait dialogue from ONE or it could be interpreted as his clothes like people said or whatever. Idk why ONE revealed Saitama’s full strength, had Garou copy it yet he still can’t be damaged. Dude looks like he only picked up dust. Disappointed :/

he did "scratch" him but that wouldn't work in the context that a far weaker form did more than a stronger form that did nothing. so i think the context behind scratch is his appearance looking beat up still.

boros has nothing to do with the scaling, tatsumaki already scales above him in ap lol.
she's actually much much superior to 5 exatons, meanwhile boros is limited to 9 exatons with his ENTIRE LIFE FORCE in a single shot and suicidal attack
boros is not a limit breaker lol
and tatsumaki is much closer to that tittle than him, boros is dead and aint getting any upgrades, but now tatsumaki......
also, why do we always have to talk about boros when mentioning tatsumaki since boros has nothing to do with current characters powerlevels, especially characters boosted by god

recall that none of these new points you're bringing up were ones that you originally mentioned, I was replying to the message you sent, which only contained the faulty logic that I called out.
not to mention the fact that saitama still did everything in 167 one handed, holding his breath, and protecting the core, so what you're saying demonstrably doesn't even hold up regardless

cosmic garou's peak wasn't even god's strength, he just evolved on his own using an ability god gave him

Yeah. Saitama would just be 4-A with the ability to grow higher over time. Maybe God can get an at least rating since it only gave Garou a small fraction of energy that boosted him to this point, but otherwise they'd just be 4-A.
 
I mean. If saitama is actually strong enough to one shot himself yesterday. Wouldnt becoming even twice as powerful every day make him universe level pretty quick? Theoretically speaking. Unless its only when facing someone comparable to him.
 
I posted the RAW text a while back. Saitama's strength only grew due to the explosion of emotions as he fought an opponent that could actually match him. Meaning that up until now Saitama's strength hasn't grown in the present of the story. Saitama's strength appeared static, with even Saitama himself stating that he "couldn't get stronger" because there was nothing to push himself to get stronger.

Saitama won't get a key unless maybe he becomes Low 2-C in the final fight against God.
 
come on you must understand what i'm saying, saitama now or in the future he is still the strongest in this series

There shouldn't be a reason to place Saitama above God, considering that Garou who has that much divine power can't hurt Saitama

and again in this OPM no one can beat saitama , Even in this chapter Saitama has soared far above Garou's divine power, so what kind of answer do you need?

Assuming this is true, this would be the main reason. Saitama with no emotional growth by this point was at the bare minimum High 5-A if not just 4-A outright. Quite literally nothing else in the entire series besides God would even remotely come close to that level of strength.
