who knows, though some say saitama was referring to garou going all out due to "raws", some say he was referring to himself. (the dudes who translated the latest chapter) but then again, didnt they also seem to have a slight mistranslation error there with the "limitless" part? Assuming that it wasnt a "figure of speech" type of thing, they translated it to limitless, even though no kanji supports that from what I checked, soo... idk.

I mean, Garou is a clear example that breaking the Limiter is a reactive evolution plus Saitama gained a new power that he didn't have before, effectively adapting to his inability to breathe in space

ngl, a small complaint i have with the chapter is that Saitama got his clothes destroyed again. I wanted him to fight with his costume on. Murata manages to make it look pretty cool in a lot of shots
