Probably, don't want to get into this discussion again though unless someone can bring anything definitive for either side. For now it's up to interpretation. But based on Saitama talking about going all-out and finding a worthy opponent, I think it's likely that he bled.

Yes, exactly what I said, there's no reason to say he wouldn't copy it since he's been copying characters much more powerful than him
