Also, ain't no one gonna mention (ninja'd) that Blast reacted to the two punches, created a portal, then teleported the two into space AFTER the two attacks were launched? Blast can keep up with Serious Punches. And on top of that, as previously mentioned, he could briefly hold in the energy produced by Serious Punch Squared. Blast is crazy strong.
Also finally caught up. This chapter is mind boggling. It is a bit worrying that Saitama is apparently using his full power already though, but I'm on the hopium that the theory of Saitama getting exponentially stronger every day becomes true. If Saitama peaks at 4-A or 3-C though I'd be fine with it. Hell it'd line up with the originally crackpot insane theory that Saitama will be galaxy level due to S2 OP and ONE's website name.

Oh damn so the Chinese translation just finished. And at the end of the chapter Garou once again used Mode: Saitama and said he'll keep copying Saitama until he defeats him. So from the looks of it Garou does keep the retained strength from his mode copies as he didn't have Mode: Saitama activated prior to the end of the chapter. And Garou's still getting stronger via mimicking Saitama.

My money is every time Garou copies Saitama's full power, Saitama's full power rises far above Garou to the level of one-shotting his opponent if he desires.

Saitama garou and blast should all scale to the explosion tbh. Blast friends reacted to it before it could even touch earth and contained most of the blast.

nevermind about blast and friends scaling to the SSSP expansion speed. Narratively they don't even know where it went which would be illogical if they scale to it's speed because they would see it in slow motion. The blast probably sped up after being diverted in one direction.
