The issue with Speedster as I understand it is not that he means any harm, it is that he posts a massive amount and doesn't have good common sense at all, so he easily gets annoying for the people who have to repeatedly deal with him a lot. That is all.

I am not sure how we should properly handle such situations though.

That is not the issue at all. With all due respect, you were completely off.

The issue is that he is a nuisance on versus threads. And frankly I'm getting tired and pissed of this "he's misunderstood" narrative. The dude is annoying. He apologizes, then does the same thing. He's probably apologized 8 times in the past few months, then goes to do the same thing right after.

Drastically biased and will use underhanded tactics to make sure his characters win, or rather "don't lose", ranging from restricting enemies' abilities or calling stomps whenever his character is in a negative light.
He chooses, or defends, drastically haxed characters against others, then complains when they lose and calls it a stomp, like he did in the Satsuki vs Meliodas fight.
Or he just calls the match unfair, like he did in the Dante vs Kaidou fight.
Then he "I'm getting this closed" or "headcanons" into oblivion. Go in the search and type in "headcanon" and "Speedster352"

Like this is ridiculous. I'm sick of this unintentional favoritism. Saying sorry a dozen times isn't a consequence ender.

I can explain satsuki fight was a little unfair and she had a 6a weapon when they were both low 7b and main and kachon called it a stomp too. For the dante fight it was a little unfair that's all

Once again, it's being talked about you being banned from vs threads specifically, not CRT's. Don't mention CRT's, or any other threads, as you aren't getting banned from them nor are they related to the topic at hand.

That is fine but I followed the rules and haven’t made any stomp and spite matches. I know I am bad at debating but I have not made any spite or stomp matches ever since I was unbanned from versus threads. I suggest a probation period with someone watching me to see if I can change.

He already had a match ban before, but I'm not sure how long it was though. If it was only something like a month, then I think a 6 month ban is more warranted this time, but if it was already a long ban like 6 months, I think a year is better suited imho

Well, given what RoTt35 said above, I definitely think that a versus thread ban is warranted. Given that he does not seem to mean any harm, 6 months may be enough though.

Actually the match is in the VS threads section and not F&G, you say you have not broken any Spite or stomp rules, which apparently is true, but your attitude in the VS Debates is terrible, I don't think it is necessary to say how is your behavior and what you have done both in the past and now mainly, if you know you are not good at vs debates then take a break instead of making people get bored of your attitude and behavior and report you, and it should be noted, that I honestly don't buy your apology, as it is a loop of apologize, do it again, ban, apologize, do it again. And spamming is another thing, I've seen you spamming everyone, myself included, that's just annoying.

I am a very practical person. Also wouldn’t probation be fine? I will just prove that I can behave myself in versus thread. I just am not a good debater.

I do believe Speedster should be punished. How severe the punishment is isn't up to me, but I just want to bring attention to the fact that Speedster has been reported a few times before for this sort of behavior. At one point, he even tried to circumvent his ban by posting Versus Threads in the FC/OC forum, and was given a month-long forum ban because of it. And this most recent ban was only four-five months ago, too. I feel like this shouldn't be overlooked, because there were two (three?) instances of him being matchmaking banned for three or more months, and an instance of being forum banned for a month.

I know the reason for his report this instance is different, but regardless, this should be taken into account. If he is to be given a punishment, keep this in mind.

I still think that’s that not fair since being a bad debater isn’t against the rules and I haven’t done anything toxic. I haven’t insulted anyone and I haven’t made any stomp or spite matches. Isn’t there any other punishment I can receive?
