I asked about the feat on r/theydidthe math. The top answers calculated it at 0.38c. Here is the comment:
Let's say you're 1 m from the mirror. Since the light needs to travel to the mirror and back, it travels 2 m.
The speed of light in air is about 299,700,000 m/s.
So it takes light 2 m / 299,700,000 m/s = 1/149,850,000 s =~ 0.000000006673 s to travel that distance.
So if you want to catch the back of your head in the mirror while still stationary, you only have 0.000000006673 seconds to turn around.
To turn that into a distance traveled, we need to define a point on your head that we're looking at. Let's say your nose sticks out 15 cm from the axis around which your head turns. Let's also say that you turn your head 120° = 2/3 * pi (your eyes and field of vision provide the remaining 60°).
That means a full cricle turn would have a distance of 15 cm * 2 pi =~ 94.25 cm.
But we're only interested in one third of that full turn, so 15 cm * 2 pi / 3 =~ 31.42 cm.
That would mean a turning speed of 0.3142 m / (2 m / 299,700,000 m/s) =~ 47,083,000 m/s.
That's 38% the speed of light.
But that's assuming 0 time to accelerate - just immediately 38% the speed of light for the full duration. That would mean infinite acceleration and infinite energy required. So that's not possible.
If we instead accelerated (and decelerated) at a constant rate to minimize g-forces, we'd need to spend half the turning time to accelerate up to twice that speed and the rest to decelerate again.
So within a time of 0.000000006673 s / 2, we'd have to accelerate to (and after that decelerate from) a speed of 47,083,000 m/s * 2.
That's an acceleration of
47,083,000 m/s * 2 / (0.000000006673 s / 2)
=~ 28,222,988,161,246,815 m/s^(2).
Or about 2.9 quadrillion g.

Oh, checking my own wiki to get some light value. I saw a microscopic flaw in their calculation. Which is probably just to round the number :
- The speed of light in air is : 299 702 547 m / s not 299,700,000 m/s. It's ever so slightly different.
- The speed of light in a vaccum is : 299 792 458 m / s (1 c)
- The speed of light in water (average) is : 225 317 952 m / s
- Speed of a man-made laser ray : ~299 790 000 m / s

Pretty sure deriving Lifting Strength or Attack Potency purely from a speed feat is a no-go.

I know about attack potency one. We can't get kinetic energy from characters moving unless it is specifically stated that it increases their AP. But it is the first time that I see that restriction on Lifting Strength. Afaik we use jumping to calculate lifting strength, turning around shouldn't be much different.

Partially balding Saitama from the audiobooks resisted Tatsumaki's TK, so Saitama is definitely above dragon at that point. Let me find the audiobook once I finish calcing this moon knight feat

You can find it here. It is named a summer festival with Tatsumaki. I highly doubt that we can scale that Saitama to full power Tatsumaki but Fubuki's dragon level statement should be enough to make him low 7-B or 7-B

The fact that the floor of the shower, Saitama's apartment, his building, all of City Z, and the entire continent didn't implode from the gravitational force?
That's a Math Subreddit. That calculation is assuming the energy needed to accelerate that fast in real life. It's the same thing as 3-A Lanturn. It doesn't apply.

The one that does building level like explosion (not spherical contended energy blast that possesses an unknown amount of energy but litteral building level like explosion) that harm Fused Zamasus level characters.
It's a fact : """Ki control""" is a lie that DBS fan use. It was a concept use in Dragon Ball for characters to learn how to not consume too much Ki (Super Saiyan), don't lies your guard down. (Even though Goku still do it in DBS, and have his durability equivalent to his chapter 1 self without Ki, duh) and many other. You can even re-shape your ki to, guess what? Form energy blast! (Frieza saga)
Because that's what ki-control is at first !
Not controlling the size of the "explosion" of an energy blast while still have the same power or transfinite power because that would just break physics and that's a headcanon of DBS fan. That's why Trunks scream at his father to be aware to not blow up the whole planet when using a bigger energy blast. Same for Goku, he need to not aim at the ground with a Super Kamehameha againts perfect Cell.

I wouldn't scale this Saitama to anyone actually, it's completely unknown on how he compares with any other characters aside from one shoting demons, and we don't know if each limiter breaks at the same AP for everyone who ever tried
Take a look at Flashy Flash, a 6-C who never had anything related to his limiter breaking, now Spiral Garou will scale to this character while this same character downscales to a stronger and faster Garou ? Same thing happens with a bunch of other characters (Tatsumaki for example, a High 6-A who never had anything to do with her limiter)
About the calc, I remember KE being restricted to only being accepted if the destruction matches the number, dunno about other methods
