Garou wont be getting past that regen unless he finds boros weakness and smashes that marble (I personally think boros and mel have the same weakness due to the marble and regen powers they both have)

Boros’ regen is reliant on his latent energy as he explained. Garou would just have to make him exhaust his energy, assuming he becomes strong enough to do so.
