Why? Upgrades only give him more speed and firepower. Hand-to-Hand combat is something he most likely has from the beginning unless he reached to that level in 2 months

I keep hearing this argument, but we do actually use relativistic KE to get higher values for linear speed. For example, someone moving at half the speed of light will generate 250 megatons, while another person moving at 3/4ths SoL will generate over 800 megatons.
So it's very arbitrary for us to suspend our KE rules just because someone might not get a higher result for a random calculation.
Using FTL kinetic energy just doesn't make sense unless it's stated to be the case in-universe.
Edit: I should clarify more. It's arbitrary because there's actually no way to do FTL KE in the rel calculator. It forces us to go back to normal KE.

I don't think it'd be worth it anyway. I really doubt it would upgrade Flashy Flash since the result gets divided by 3 and it cant account for depth.

I would rather people not waste their time on calcs like that. It takes too long, and it probably wouldn't even upgrade anyone. The chance of it resulting in results higher than 0.55c for Flashy are very slim.
The timeframe is also not stated or confirmed anywhere. And I have the feeling it'd be hard to get everyone here to agree on one. So that's another big factor.
At best, you'd probably manage to convince people to use 0.25 seconds.

An ok chapter I suppose? Still not sure about the Garou/MB team up, I'll for the translations before fully forming an opinion, but I think it's an improvement compared to last time.

SC's regen is shown more here. He has way more concrete regenerative ability than Elder.
It's also very fast. And yes, it has Immortality (type 2) as well.
FTL should be okay for SC and Metal Bat.

Metal Bat couldn't even harm Sage Centipede at first. But after coming back from that attack he could damage him. And even took a hit without using his bat to defend afterwards. So up to 6-C with Fighting Spirit seems good.
I don't know if Sage is FTL. He never avoided any of Garou's attacks, and only landed hits when threatening the airship/kid inside. Doesn't look like Sage is all that fast, just that he's strong, durable, and has regeneration. Garou is able to land a lot of hits on him.
