Would being a cyborg give Genos (limited) resistance to pain manipulation? His limbs have been detached on several occasions and it is clear that it is not painful for him.

wouldnt that just be resistance to pain? pain manipulation could amplify the pain that he does somewhat feel and make it unbearable

But Garou and Tatsumaki have pain tolarance while it can be argued they shouldn't have it for the same reason
