Not trying to start anything like last time...
But what Timmy said actually reminded me that I made a OPM vs MHA stat equalized verse battle a while back. Where every character from both series duked it out in a team vs tteam match, stats equalized.
And to summarize, OPM stomped pretty harshly as character like Black Sperm, Tatsumaki, and Garou were basically untouchable by the MHA side.
Though MHA now has a lot more hax than at the time I made that match, so I'm unsure who would take the victory now.

Black Sperm in base form quite literally would solo MHA in stats equalized. And I'm not even saying that to be toxic or anything... The trillions of stat equalized entities would take over the entire MHA world in a fraction of a second.

what hax does he have? pretty sure the only thing he has shown was being capable of taking his powers away from HE and killing him in the process, but this was only done bc of his connection iirc

It seems they only get weaker in durability from what I've seen. Considering even after splitting up considerably, they are still capable of harming the S class. But idrk.

Against DS its implied that the same effect happens with their AP as well. It'd make no sense for them to keep the same power when splitting

Black Sperm is made up of many, many, many, many individuals. So equalising stats would just have 9 trillion bruisers vs, like, a hundred other bruises with various different powers, but no real “game changer” powers.
Pretty sure OPM would just tidal wave over them.

I think that black Sperm could beat all of MHA with just a few million of his count anyway. He probably wouldn't even need to divide that much.

Anyways I believe twice is just the biggest problem since we are allowing equal stats for clones.
We see that in a small amount of time he was capable of making hundreds of clones... doing this with Deku would just pummel them considering Deku has like 100km worth of range
