Ok so two cool new things. Pre Awakening Garou finally defeats Bang. No cool new feats out of that, which a is a bit lame ngl.
GOD is here and he's ******* huge! Although I'm not sure if that's the real GOD or just an illusion. It seems to me he can somewhat alter his size. I don't think this fully warrants an upgrade.
I'd say GOD can get a size manipulation up to large size type 4 or 5. Not sure where he falls under

Individual Black Sperms can easily take down A-Class Heroes. A-Class Heroes are bare minimum baseline 9-A scaling above Piggy Bancon who is 9-B+.

I'm pretty sure that was just from the force of the shockwaves themselves from the combined barrage from Garou and Bang rather than any technique Garou was using.
It isn't too surprising that large mountain level characters should turn rocks to dust with their shockwaves

Also no, FTL OPM makes zero sense outside of some of the god tiers. Most of the feats were discarded forever ago for not meeting proper criteria.

The fact it knocked Bang out instantly by grazing a vital area while Bang could still somewhat circumvent his attacks with WSRF does indicate some sort of limited dura negging through shockwaves imo.
Edit: and it seemingly didn't even break his skin or cause any sort of superficial damage supports that too.
(Might be wrong if we get a close up of Bang's body next chapter)

You could get a speed with a timeframe. Just compare its height with the moon's diameter.

I think they mean the KE generated from it standing up. If you assume it travelled it's full height in one second you'd 3.5177891131501e+33 Joules or 5-B.
But, of course, he didn't travel its full height but from its crouched position to standing up.
Though afaik we don't use KE for giant people anymore because it causes issues like the above, so the GPE stuff is the correct option until God does something with its size.
