BAN-KAI! Bleach General Discussion

Soul King was kinda an universal constant when he born from the nothingness, I doubt there will be characters comparable to him. Probably only Yhwach was approaching a level similar to him, and I doubt we will see someone stronger than Yhwach In the first place.

Unless they are gonna expand the lore and create something opposite of the soul king.

i think someone mentioned the theory but what was the soul king idea kubo possibly influenced him by? potentially the next villain could be his wife?

kinda how naruto kaguya is tied to the real life japanese folklore
 
I think the theory also stems from the line from the novels that was stated by Ichibei about the origins of Yhwach. He theorizes that Yhwach could be similar to the other parts of the SK or he could be a literal child of the sk that he left behind before he got sealed. However for all we know about the Soul king he could have just willed Yhwach into existence rather than marry and have a child. (which I find weird and less probable lol)

That’s more a metaphor.

The same way Yhwach claim to be Ichigo dad, Yhwach is likely some sorta of reincarnation I would say, they also say there is this possibility That Yhwach is part of the Soul King.

Although I would not dislike the idea that he get a wife lol, but it’s unrealistic given the lore.

Where is she?
Why did she let her husband get chopped into pieces and used as an eternal battery?
Why was Yhwach randomly found in some unknown village by villagers and was born with all those disabilities no less?
Why didn’t she help her son free her husband?

If she does exist she’s like the worst mother/wife. ☠️

I feel like Yhwach could be like the SK in how he appeared because the world is "****** up" in a sense which is why he is similar to SK and is considered his son as he is sort of pseudo clone.

In all honesty though, I firmly believe that most Genjutsu shouldn't work on anyone because it's not really a mental attack. It's energy manipulation of a unique energy network system exclusive to Naruto. I literally can't think of any other series that has such biology linked to cranial nerves that would allow Genjutsu to work on them.

We jump several hoops to allow it to work on VS matches that it honestly feels like pandering because if I pulled Guts from Berserk and Itachi from Naruto into our real life universe, no shit Itachi can't use Genjutsu on Guts since he doesn't have a Chakra Network System nor an energy system.

Unordinary has something similar with their Aura system, as they can be disabled with a drug. That's the only one I know.

Are you sure to do not have translated again and twice 2 times... because every translation say just “you have regained that power” the link you posted also say it can means again Not solely twice.
 
Bro click the link to the kanji, it means “again; once more; a second time”. My translations have precedence for accuracy as well, I can break it down kanji by kanji for yall later.
 
i just google searched aizen sosuke kanji 藍染 惣右介 < i see those kanji in the second line aswell i feel cheated unless hira/katakana doesn't work that way
 
Their are many arguments for genjustu not working on bleach characters. Like infinite tsukuyomi the strongest genjustu not working on edos which are undead kinda like spirits.

Spirits in naruto can't be killed or even harmed by physical attacks.

Their zanpakto spirits can wake them if caught.

Spiritual pressure sensing can possibly counter as well
