That simply making a person scared isn't a solid justification. It should only given him a "Likely" rating by itself since it isn't a solid feat.

Usopp screaming from the fear of being harmed by someone else's attacks consistently showcases superiority.
Usopp is for sure inferior to Hody here. Saying Usopp would be scared of someone relative or inferior to himself is absurd

So basically, what I gather:
Franky was fighting Senor Pink.
Around chapter 735, Machvise joins the fight at some point and they're fighting off-panel before we see that Pink stopped the missile from hitting Machvise (who was laying on the ground hurt).
Marines show up due to Fujitora opting to side with Doffy for the time being.
Chapter 740, Franky is still fighting and we see him take out some marines (Should imply he's been fighting against the marines + both Pink and Machvise all this time).
Chapter 742, while everything is going on, we see that Dellinger arrived at some point, but Franky has already been beaten to a pulp.
So we can't really scale Franky to Dellinger based off of this. At best, Franky can scale from fighting Pink, Machvise, and the marines for an extended period, and he apparently hurt Machvise, who scales from taking a kick from Dellinger. Eh...
To Franky's credit though, it took Dellinger on top of all of those enemies to be taken out.

Also why are people saying Pink "no-sold" the missile? wtf? saying someone no-sold an attack implies they took almost no damage. He was bloodied and fodder speculated he had to have broken bones too. He obviously can scale though since he's taken numerous attacks from Franky anyways and the attack didn't exactly cripple him.

What does the scaling that should be accepted look like to you guys? @Eminiteable @KingTempest @Damage3245 I think Hody scaling to Usopp narratively still makes sense.

I think the issue is trying to revise too many characters at the same time. We should break it down into separate revisions that focus on specific scaling chains.

I think that Hody could be given a "Likely" rating for intimidating Usopp, but I would not use that feat alone to give him a solid rating.
Justification for "Likely":
As far as I'm concerned, scaring Usopp but having no feats of hurting him means that there is a favourable likelihood of Hody Jones having AP to hurt Usopp's durability, but it isn't definitive.

Hody and Usopp are part of 1 big scaling chain. I've already concluded the Dressrosa scaling here.

Can you expand the scaling chain? If we're basing Usopp off of Caeser Clown, then where does Caeser Clown scale to?
Because the explosion that he used against Usopp was about Large Building level+ via calcing.
