To summarize; Characters were stated to be 4-D logically, but likely due to a Supreme being either not creating dimensional layers or reinforcing the rules of time and space, they are not considered 4-D.

I also saw you taking into account gasoline, the buggy was actually a normal human-made buggy, it could be more advanced than ours since Kisaragi is a futuristic organization with futuristic sort of tech, but it's definitely tech made in Japan, not magic. The MC teleported a buggy from Japan to the Isekai World, so I'd imagine he'd do the same with the gasoline, the Combatants from Combatants Will be Dispatched fight by teleporting weapons and other things from Earth to the Isekai world.

Most native characters however don't know anything about Earth and modern tech, so they assume the buggy is magical.

In a previous thread it was accepted that neutral zone a construct that holds all the macrocosms of dragon ball follows parallelism and qualified for extra spatial axis but it was considered insignificant 5d now the question is

Would neutral zone being infinite or stated to be infinite make it significant 5d/low 1c?

It being infinite spatially doesn't mean it's 5D. It just means that it has infinite volume in the standard X,Y,Z spaces with an unknown N+1 axis size.
