Due to Kazuma's luck, he can always get the effect he wants from random effects in magic, like always getting the "level reset" status effect inflicted by Wiz, although it being random ( you could get instant death, curse, petrification, curse, sleep, paralyzes, etc ), so Eris, with even much higher luck, can replicate it, meaning she'd be able to cast Meteor Drop with whatever meteor size she wanted. Aqua is canonically > Eris, Vanir can keep up with Aqua and Maxwell is probably around Vanir's level, being one of the 7 Archdevils Dukes of Hell. I'd say that God Form Aqua and Eris, as well as real body Vanir and Maxwell, scales to it.

Explosion is also stated several times to be the most powerful/destructive spell, so nothing Meteor Drop can potentially do, can output what Explosion can potentially do, meaning the top tiers of the verse can cast spells more powerful than whatever Meteor Drop can do, say Eris would use Explosion, it could be higher than country level Meteor Drop.

Got scans for it? Also, I just did the calc (I put it in the same blog as the Konosuba calc) and it was rated at... Small Country Level+ to Country Level+. Apparently a meteor-induced earthquake with a diameter of 216-324 miles is more powerful than an explosion with a radius of 292.5 to 682.5 miles. Geez..!

But for real, don't give Aqua gasoline; she'll most likely drink it.

I'd already posted the scan in the other threads but I'm only now realizing I didn't post it here, so I'll post it below. As for the buggy, yeah, it is quite slow, I forgot about that, but it still should get up there to country level.
