From what I understand about reincarnation is that each time a person soul is atomized in to particles return to the tree, they get purified or washed clean(info modification), and lose their power, knowledge, energy... to end up as nothing but planet energy factor. But some characters could keep their knowledge like Miledi in that short story.



I missed this about the calamity
