The dreams could've gotten us to 1-A but sadly Godzilla is only higher dimensional and affected by the orthogonal disagonalizer, which is explicitly higher dimensional. To get 1-A you'd need no contradictions at all. Low 1-A is basically uncountably infinte* dimensional - it's the crazy math dudes.
So sadly I see no upgrade chances for now.

Yes, I knew this would happen. But I'll leave that aside for now and talk about some of the problems with Godzilla Singular Point's profile. But the most important thing to say is that I don't see any connection between IT's dream layers and the countless number of orthogonal dimensions. Secondly, isn't it Godzilla who is affected by orthogonal disagonalizer, not IT?

The profile was made before Ultima's revisions to 1-A and layers of dreams within dreams were extremely good pieces of supporting evidence. Technically they still are since it further supports 'It' being far above the universe.
Godzilla is "it" or rather its avatar. He was made from molecules and can be remade however many times It wants to. If only Godzilla was affected then It would still destroy the universe.
However, it is specifically described that the OD turned IT around, severing the connection between the red dust creatures and IT, which is the source of red dust. Due to that the creatures perished. IT is still out there, it just got turned away from this specific universe.
