She has C.C.C which is Existence Erasure (he space eroded by this attack becomes imaginary space and a curse that consumes and bores a hole in reality to achieve her ends.); Golden Grail which is basically Power Nullification (but the contents of the Grail need to touch Galactus for it to work, Transforming her opponents into data and absorbing them (she has to touch Galactus with her weapons for it to work), Law manipulation that comes from Bishop Staff of Rulership and other shit.

Power Nullification via Grail and Law Manipulation via Bishop staff. Existence Erasure, Causality Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Probability Manipulation and Gravity Manipulation via C.C.C. (this is of the top of my head from what I remember about the ability). Fate Manipulation, reality warping and she can reconstruct events in the timeline.

Pretty sure the "reconstruct timeline" bit only refers to Earth's history, seeing as it is a power gained from the Moon Cell, which has only been recording Earth's history

Neither of them really have resistances to each other's abilities though. BB might have a little bit more thanks to magic resist, but even that can only protect her so far against his powers.
