In DBS this is pretty common(zenkai, or Goku black before he got upgraded since he can power up faster than normal saiyan)

Though I'm leaning towards BB based on temporal omnipresence + time travel giving her more survivability

I mean Swag said she has other ways to go to the past, i can see why she would do that though, anyhow, i don't think BB can travel to a place prior to the birth of the universe.

There's also no such thing as Galactus being inexperienced from what i know
