Maxwell doesn't have an in character and you made it so Maxwell knows Galactus is a threat. One is virtually bloodlusted and the other isn't. How is this fair at all?

Yes which you argue he wouldn't use against a child. You've stacked the cards against him. Just make it so Maxwell doesn't know who Galactus is and it's fair.
