Scenario: Doflamingo's crew invades Beach City, Garnet is the only gem present, but she quickly dispatches of the Donquixote pirates, and is confronted by Doflamingo, who is aggravated by the thought of a single person being capable of eliminating his executives. He approaches her from 15 meters away after applying Bird Cage and they begin fighting.

Doflamingo has a significant mobility, agility and range advantage over Garnet even if speed is equalized. With Bird Cage deployed, he would be able the avoid almost anything she can throw at him and give him ample time to produce a Black Knight duplicate to fight alongside him, along with potentially using Parasite to control or restrain Garnet.

Doflamingo takes it 10/10.
 
They have a physical form, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. It's not like it hijacks the nerves of the target or anything complicated.

Sadly for Garnet, Doflamingo seems superior in terms of range with his Devil Fruit, The things he could do with it far surpass Garnet, with her only help being her Precognition, he can also summon clones to back him up and various ways to win against her.

Doflamingo's range with his awakening is insane and would be a bit much for garnet to handle....His awakening lets him take control of the battlefield and he is able to create clones in order to get the advantage over too..he can also anticipate her next moves with observation haki
 
It shouldn't really be bumped because from the way the votes are so far, it's pretty decisively in Doflamingo's favor.
