He approaches her from 15 meters away after applying Bird Cage and they begin fighting.

Doflamingo has a significant mobility, agility and range advantage over Garnet even if speed is equalized. With Bird Cage deployed, he would be able the avoid almost anything she can throw at him and give him ample time to produce a Black Knight duplicate to fight alongside him, along with potentially using Parasite to control or restrain Garnet.

Doflamingo takes it 10/10.

Doflamingo's range with his awakening is insane and would be a bit much for garnet to handle....His awakening lets him take control of the battlefield and he is able to create clones in order to get the advantage over too..he can also anticipate her next moves with observation haki
