Noble Six (SPARTAN-B312) VS BX-series droid commando

Noble Six has way better intelligence than some average fodder unit. This guy was the last Spartan standing on Reach and took down many Elite Zealots by himself. He also has a superior arsenal of weapons and equipment.

Noble Six Low-Mid difficulty.

(not voting my self one side or another but in standard gear noble six actulaly has worse weaponry than the droid, however superior armor. justfelt like correcting you there)
 
Kk, but dem zealot elites should have strong enough armour to be equal, if not superior armour than this droid model.

yea I"m not arguing with that just correcting the statment about superior weapons, which he does not have. just armor and other features :p

You know its not stated on his profile but he achived his hyper lethal status BEFORE he got his power armor, did you know that? :p
 
In the Droids defense, these are Commando Droids rather than your average fodder Battle Droids. They can think and act much more quickly than your average droid and have taken on Clones in hand-to-hand combat.

Noble Six is in for a rough fight, but I can see them winning given their resourcefulness.

That said, their profile needs serious revisions since it's almost entirely plagiarized off the Halo Wiki.
 
I guess I was a little harsh on the droids calling them "fodder" :/ but they're not as strong compared to what Noble Six has fought before imho.

If this was small team of droids I'd wager 6 would have to win by high difficulty at minimum, but 1v1 kinda makes this more favourable to the spartan.

Plagiarized of the halo wiki? you mean the best source of information about halo characters? as in waht you're gennerally suppose to do in these situations where you just find the mos reliable sourst? like how the zelda profiles are basically every thing the zelda wikis say they are?

Paraphrase it, do the research, write it yourself. Copy-pasting off wikis is stupid, lazy, and against our rules. If you aren't going to go through the trouble of writing original work, don't bother with the profile. The only exception is if it's an official description.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves.
 
If standard weaponry for both, then B312 will have an MA37 assault rifle or M392 DMR, M9 grenades, and an M6G pistol. The grenade is capable of taking down unshielded Sangheili in one go so they're definitely 9-A at the very least and thus more than capable of putting down a BX. I'm not sure how his rifles would fare against the BX droid's armour plating but the rounds can probably punch through. Their composite armour was designed to disperse plasma energy and piercing metal rounds could fare somewhat surprisingly well. The 12.7 mm armour piercing explosive rounds of the M6G will definitely fare well against the BX. If they can easily punch through the armour plating of a Sangheili Combat Harness, then they can punch through the BX's armour plating. And of course B312 greatly outclasses the BX in terms of physical strength and reactions and would thus dominate in hand to hand.

The BX's standard weapons would include the E5 blaster rifle and thermal detonators. The E5 is as powerful as the plasma rifles B312 is used to facing but its shots have much higher velocities. But Spartans do go up against Covenant carbine wielding opponents a lot and they're probably in the same league as Star Wars blaster rifles in terms of muzzle velocity. Plus B312's shields can definitely take multiple shots from the E5 before failing. And a thermal detonator would be useless against B312 if the BX can't get him when he's trapped or wounded and down.

In the end, I see B312 somehow getting up close and personal and literally beating the crap out of the BX or finishing it off with a well placed frag grenade or M6G magnum shot through the head. The BX may have superior tech but B312 has superior physical stats and combat skills plus tactical acumen overall. And he is used to killing alien enemies with superior tech.
 
Noble Six due to reasons above (especially those in Soldier Blue's post, noice). Oh, and are armor abilities a factor here? I don't know if that falls under the category of "standard weaponry," but I'm guessing not.
