CRIMSON VIPER vs. CAPTAIN COMMANDO

So, people has been pointing out similarities between these two and how a former made it in MvC3 after the latter's cut (though he does make few cameo appearances like in Deadpool's ending), which makes somewhat sense when you consider the latter's series being apparently connected to Street Fighter's universe. Anyway, let's settle this down now.

Rules:
  • Both are High 5-A (Dwarf Star level) and scale well above 1.65 Quettatons, although Captain Commando seems to be higher in the AP scaling (having directly defeated Onslaught and probably Abyss, though that'll be for another time).
  • Both fighters are in character and their speed is equalized.
  • Win by any means necessary.

Yeah, Captain Commando definitely has the AP advantage given he could defeat Onslaught while Viper scales to Widow

CapCom has the lead in AP and his resistance to heat definitely nulls every of Viper's fire option, while it can be argue to not be the same way around.
Both are very similar in what appears to be skill and experience, but as "the greatest hero of Earth", general accomplishments, "backstories" (assuming both went through more or less the same events) and such, I'd say CapCom slightly edges Viper out.
X-factor is a tough beast, but CapCom has summoning in return as a nasty ability.

While quite close, I think CapCom has better chances to take the W.
