Yoshikage Kira (JoJolion) vs Josuke Higashikata (DiU)

For some odd reason, JJL Kira is in DiU, there's some people looking for a "Yoshikage Kira", JJL Kira is approached by Josuke Higashikata who asks if he knows anything about a "Yoshikage Kira", in which he replies "I am Yoshikage Kira....how do you know my name?", Josuke immediately brings out Crazy Diamond. Kira responds by bringing out Killer Queen to defend himself.

Kira has his 8-B stats. In character. Location: Morioh (Part 4)
 
I think this would be quite the intense settled mostly through tactics. JJL!Kira must have a pretty strong keep-away game, thus avoiding Killer Queen's relatively low durability. He can also produce several Sheer Heart Attacks of varying size and strength. The main problem with this is that unlike the original Kira, whose SHA was a part of his left hand and could be "healed" and nullified by Crazy Diamond, the same trick cannot be applied against this Kira.

Basically, if Josuke can get past the explosive bubbles and not get caught by hidden Sheer Heart Attacks, it's probably his win. However, JJL!Kira can apparently craete explosive bubbles beneath someone's skin, so Josuke must still manage to win an up close and personal fight. Doable with high diff I guess, it would definitely depend on the arena.
 
A vote for JJL Kira, I guess?

The location would basically be where the final battle of Part 4 started
 
Actually it's a vote for Josuke. Kira lacks feats where he is actually fighting evenly so I may be underestimating him, but from what I've read it's for Josuke. Especially considering the arena, he knows it and he can pull off shenanigans with the environment. No easy fight though.
 
I would give this to Josuke, since the tactics used in the fight with the original Kira would work pretty much the same. The Sheer Heart Attack would be a problem, but Josuke could probably do the glass shard thing and take him down
 
I will also vote Josuke for reasons above. Bit of a necro, but I'd like to see this battle added.
