Also yes, Dio shouldn't have Infinite speed anymore due to this
 
Speed is equalized, and Bill starts with a snap. So unless he rewrites instantly, Bill just turn him into a tapstery

Bill also sleep haxes with his snap, so even if he is he resist being turned into tapstery, he isn't going to be saved from being put asleep
 
Bill should be Immeasurable via his "unbound by time" statement but i digress bc this Dio doesn't start with Time Stop in character iirc so Bill just puts him to sleep

He would have to start eith it in character in order to win, and if it's not his firstcmove, Bill snaps and DIO falls asleep
 
@Rose no he cant, that's a baseless rumor that nobody has been able to prove , nothing like that is ever stated in the game. @Joociper, other characters dont get immeasurable speed despite having similar statements
 
Does it even matters? Since speed is equalized Bill just snaps and DIO becomes unconscious since he has no sleep hax resistance.

DIO would have to start with Reality Rewriting to win, but he don't do that in character

It does both at the same time, given his transmutation puts people unconscious. He won't get transmutated but would still be unconscious
 
he uses it prior to the final battle to BFR everyone inside of Coco Jumbo (specifically without making contact with them) and has also used BFR to send characters into his space lair thing
