bill absolutely decimates dio in this fight not only does he have pretty much all the same powers as this DIO he has more game changing abilities such madness manipulation (type 3) sealing, law, causality and physics manipulation and even more on top. Plus bill has uni+ durability unlike DIO who only has uni+ attack power



bill resists or matches all of his hax other than soul with his own and one taps DIO with a basic attack, DIO’s only win con is his soul manip but him getting it off is one in a million here so I don’t know if this fight can even be added.
