My last one died, but let's see if this one works

Rules:


Zcity
1. This is for characters who are City Level physically. Characters who get it by environmental destruction are disallowed
2. The AP Gap is between 20 Megatons and 90 Megatons to prevent a massive AP gap's in fights. With this in mind, characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as One-Punch Ma are disqualified.

3. Characters with powerful thought based hax (An example is Ainz Ooal Gow) or some form of useful immortality/regen (Anything from High Mid and up) are banned. The only exception is if they don't use it in character (An example of what I mean is how Ikki Kurogane doesn't use his desperado hax in character)

4. No smurf hax, passives like mind hax are also banned

5. The conditions will be with Standard Battle Assumptions for every fight with the exception that speed is equalized

6. There will be 16 combatants

7. 2 per person and 1 per verse

The LRC can be destroyed, and she loses her resurrection. At least have it close to her.

It looks like Natsu downscales from baseline 7-A when going through the links, or am I missing something?
 
Her void energy isnt passive and her passive reality warping isnt combat applicable

But its fine she's not gonna be here because 15 MT
 
Its done through an item - Observer Eye which will cancel any speel in its vision range but it's limited to several meters.

He is also not really using it since, he has only two instances, so its not his main item or combat style. He's close and personal as a thief.
