Foxy has a nightmare dealing with Freddy (Lol). I mean, dude has power mimicry so he can copy Fox's powers (I'm assuming) and has his own arsenal of hax.

He has a range advantage via pizza wheel and mic toss compared to Foxy's none and Birthday's stat amps are really handy.

Also I was looking through Freddy's profile and apparently he doesn't scale to the 105 Kilojoule skull crushing.... which means he's baseline....which means he's under the threshold.... Son of a bi-

And through an amazing turn of events (And to the dismay of Soupywolf5) Rockstar Foxy not only stomped everybody on the Bracket, but he was also selected as the new DLC fighter for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate instead of Geno.
 
I guess Rocky via a huge strength advantage.
