I'd assume Ralph's tier would be something like "10-A, 9-B with equipment"? The equipment can damage the animatronics, but an unarmed Ralph gets overwhelmed pretty easily.

10-A, likely 9-C (Can knock a 300 lb animatronic to the floor. Bent a metallic grille by kicking it. Kicked a vent cover off its screws), 9-B with equipment (Can harm, and even destroy animatronics when suficiently armed)
