Time for me to put these two together. Both come from games I more than love. Both apocalypses of some sort. Both use wacky weapons.

That is all. Let's see who comes out on top on Frank Third round

Everything essentially. It's just his general luck in general. Gambling, chance of hitting someone, VATS shooting chance on hitting body parts, Mysterious stranger appearing. Ect. It's luck in general. Which he has 10 out of 10 in His stats.
 
Sooooo that means that they both have 9-A equipment, which means that most of their weapons aren't going to be that effective against one another...

Lone Wanderer. Very little question. V.A.T.S would put a fatal one on Frank really fast and is one of his resorters. Basically Dead Eye all over again. Except even without VATS. Wanderer is superior. Laser weapons which would blitz frank, plasma which attack on a molecular level. And weapons like the Mesmotron which also would blitz frank (light speed microwaves) and can easily bypass durability. And all have better range than Franks hacks like that. (Magic wand), Assuming he doesn't resort to any of those weapons though. He also has his luck status, and is skilled enough to shoot Franks weapons out of his hands. Wanderer wouldn't be too fazed by any strange gadgets Frank has as he has faced some weird stuff. They also start at a distance range. Which gives Wanderer another advantage. Fighting from a distance is gonna hell Wanderer take frank out before he hopes to get close. Even if Frank started out in Exo suit. Mesmotron. A Fatman GG Frank. And the experimental MIRV would destroy frank. And then the Chems and healing items. Which makes it even harder to kill Wanderer. Intelligence. Well. Both are high geniuses. Both also are within each other's ballpark. Skills and experience. Wanderer Has murdered a base filled with enclave trained soldiers by himself. The sole reason the entire enclave fell apart. He doesn't hold as much experience as frank as Franks simply older and has more time. But Wanderer is facing crazy stuff in a daily basis. Super mutants, behemoths, Enclave, Aliens, Ect. Not even Frank has faced such wacky things. Franks out gunned, out speed, and out hacked. Funny. This is one of the few times that Franks arsenal and general game isn't actually as wacky as his opponents. Lone Wanderer FTW
 
Maybe that's a good idea. Now that I think about it. VATS is kinda broken. To be fair though. Seems like that's not the only reaoson
 
Tbh pretty sure frank wins that.

I mean he beat Bond after all.

And once Bond gets ripped apart into several different Bonds I'm gonna be making a lotta matches-
 
Speaking of Bond. Gonna redo that fight. Since both have had some updates like finding bond comics. And the buffs for Bond and Frank physically.

Plus I think there's far more to that debate then what was said. Kinda disappointed it ended in the costumes so quickly taking the win. I think there's far more to that fight (not saying Frank loses it. Just saying there's more too it than that).
 
Yea. But also. Composite Bond didn't become 9-A. No. It was rejected. Bond did get a bridge feat that pushed him into the millions on Joules and got more in his arsenal iirc. Mostly the same fight. Just updated reasons a bit probably. The reasons barely went over what James and Frank could do with prep and didn't go over at all what they could do with previous knowledge. Gonna ask some more knowledgeable ones on the verse to take apart on it. And throw in some thoughts I have myself possibly.
 
They were accepted. Bambu was a bit ehh on it. But he said "Car feat is generally okay, still not happy with the scaling issue but it can be used without too much repercussion"
 
Oh wait. Not the next one. Cause next one will be bond rematch. But the one after that.

And no. They don't have any more of VATS, dead eye, or speed amps
 
The Bond rematch isn't my new idea. That just was something I said I was gonna do next. And I don't want to forget it. But I'll probably include everything. The next idea is gonna be fun and stupid.


Speaking of. If it's fine. I'm gonna go update franks page a little. It's missing updates he should have
