Goku one shot, Sonic comes back to life, a PIS laser comes outta nowhere and kills Goku.

Hate boner? Dude Sonic dicks Goku hard. Sure Goku is a way better fighter and supposedly better AP, but that's it. Sonic just hax him to death. This is like that Titan Tails vs Sonic thread

The Hate boner thing was a joke, and I'm quite aware, it's just that people always make a Goku vs Sonic match whenever it's possible, even though it tends to end in a stomp. Literally Darkspine vs Ultra Instinct Goku is they're only true fair match up, and it's already been done. I'm just waiting until Sonic is upgraded to 2-B and then someone makes Sonic vs Xeno Goku, which will most likely end in a stomp.
 
Anyways this is a most likely a stompu the hedgehog, Goku can't bypass that immortality and will get fate haxed (I feel like we might be overblowing the potency of the hax, but what do I know).
 
Nah you're right, Goku can't bypass the immortality. Passive fate hax + Sonic matter manips him, even worse if you give Sonic the SOA as then it's 2-A drain GG.
 
I will say though that I was thinking of making Toei Goku fight Sonic X Super Sonic, but I don't think it's a fair match up.

Fatehax and Type 8 prevents sonic from being killed. He can very much be K.O.'d aka Incapacitated or just straight up lose and he has been, several times. Egg Beater kicking his ass up and down knothole even after running from the west coast to the east and back to ram it, and Scourge vs Sonic and Shadow(albeit barely) being examples.

He's downright never used this to ignore dura. He used it to free himself from some rope.
 
Dude. Nobody's gonna give you heat for voting. Stop being pessimistic But problem.

Goku one-shots, leading to Sonic's death via anything unless Goku makes himself a *lot* weaker. Which isn't impossible since he's done it a lot, but Goku is in SSB against a random opponent. I'm not sure if he'd really hold back, but I'll let this one go.

Matter Manipulation was him breaking out of bonds, yeah, but it was molecular tearing. He's also shown to be able to affect molecules via sheer speed on a different occasion as well.

Besides, what's stopping Sonic from using a Power Ring and vanishing Goku to an alternate dimension or Power Nulling him? Power Rings are SE, and is something that Sonic always uses if he has one to use.

I said he didn't use it offensively(i.e. on someone) not at all.

Well because

• Power Rings can't do that, Warp Rings can.

• And it can't zone travel without being supercharged, as Scourge had to Supercharge his to get to Moebius after he saw Enerjak trashing the place and the Chaotix were unable to get to the Twilight Cage without a Supercharged one. At best he'd bfr him across the continent.

• And Sonic's own character. He'd use it to amp himself 1st then try and BFR Goku. Assuming he doesn't fall unconscious from the regen like he did with the Ultimate Annihilator.

Stop being pessimistic

There's actually another instance where Sonic comes back from being vaporized.

As for the Ultimate Annihilator, Sonic didn't pass out from being brought back, it was because he was already exhausted and beaten up before it happened.

Power Rings can BFR, Nate Morgan used one to send Naugus back to the Zone of Silence.

And he'd be exhausted from taking a single hit from Goku.

Naugus had already opened a portal to the Zone of Silence to try and merge the prime zone with it after Sonic and Tails were knocked out. Nate didn't BFR him with it, it simply blasted him into the portal.
 
I know Sonic takes this but Power Rings can't BFR people. They can do crazy things like give people knowledge but can't BFR.

Warp Rings, yes (Super Charged), but not Power Rings. And Sonic has never used a Warp Ring. He almost did but Knuckles went "lol nope".
 
By the way, why does everyone keep referring to Sonic surviving the Ultimate Annihilator as an impressive feat for Base Sonic? The Ultimate Annihilator only targeted Dr. Robotnik to be permanently erased. Sonic got erased, sure, but he wasn't the only one. Everyone in the Universe got erased but survived because Snivley changed it to only effect Robotnik.

This has been discussed before,Sonic was literaly holding Eggman even down to his mustach thus was also affected, we even see the ring bringing him back
 
Is that how it work? Sonic is effected because he was touching Robotnik?


... can I get a scan explaining that? I saw both Robotnik and Sonic getting erased at the same time but since I didn't see how everyone else got erased, I could only assume Sonic and Robotnik's erasing process is the same as everyone else.

Does touching Robotnik tricks the machine, created by Robotnik, into thinking Sonic is a biological part of Robotnik?

And I saw the ring too but I can only assume what happened because I never saw an explanation in story.
