Mammoth Mogul Addition (Pre-Genesis Wave Archie Sonic Thread)

Since Mogul has a Chaos Emerald, and keeps it until the Super Genesis Wave, shouldn't he be given the Low to Mid level Chaos Energy abilities in Base on his Powers and Abilities of his page?
We don't even need to add everything on there, we can just do what we did with the Sword of Acorns and have a link to the Chaos Energy page while saying he's capable of doing both the Low and Mid levels due to the Chaos Emerald lodged in his chest.

Kinda. I made this thread because not only does Mogul have a Chaos Emerald at the end of Pre-Gen, but he's also a master of Chaos Energy so he should be able to use Low and Mid levels of Chaos Energy with said Emerald.
 
Well if he's considered a master and or has displayed abilities of the low and mid levels then I don't mind his standard form having it written on his powers and abilities section.
 
In that case, is it alright if I apply this now or should I wait for more agreements from staff?
