Father Figure vs Mother Figure (Whitebeard vs Rose Quartz)

Pops' advantages:

  • Durability Negation from the vibrations could pass through the shield and bubble.
  • Observation Haki allows him to more easily dodge attacks and will warn him of dangerous attacks (out of character, he would rather tank them but its still something he could do).
  • Armament Haki can deflect physical attacks, while Rose's shield can only deflect light based attacks.
  • Higher range with air quakes.
  • Prime Whitebeard doesn't have all the health problems old Whitebeard had.
Mommy's advantages:

  • Regenerationn makes her harder to kill.
  • Infinite stamina.
  • Can heal herself from damage with her tears.
  • Older, with much more battle experience.
  • Conqueror's Haki can be resisted via willpower.
  • If she happens to be knocked out, she can enter the astral plane and attack Newgate's mind.
  • If everything else fails, she can just make peace with him using her Social Influencing.

Well Rose had her "gem" which if damaged would potentially screw her in the short (or long) run.
 
It damages the inside of whatever it hits; when Rose uses her bubble shield, she hides inside of it. Basically, Whitebeard hits the bubble and Rose feels the hit like the bubble wasn't even there.
 
Is talk no jutsu even going to work on Whitebeard? I mean what would convince him to just stop? Unlike the Gems or Diamonds, Whitebeard isn't related to her or even the same species. What argument could she even make to stop them from fighting?
 
Ive actually been wondering is there any reason why the Warship isnt scaled to the durability of the Red Eye? Because the Red Eye was calced to have 6-C dura
 
So, she is >>Hessonite >> Sugilite and Sardonyx >> Opal >> 16 Gigaton Red Eye thing, if I understanding thing correctly.

So she is somewhat close to Whitebeard's AP, if he didn't already has Statistics Amplification in the form of Haki to increase his AP further. And Whitebeard has Observation Haki to help him to dodge her attacks if she somehow manage to get close to him, though that if vibrations is able to bypass her shield.

Well, Whitebeard have her at a serious disadvantage just with range alone and keep her back, unable to attack him. I don't think her Social Influencing will work on Beardy, Whitebeard is a very, very stubborn individual and even that doesn't desribe it well.

Rose's shield is at High 6-A which is way above Whitebeard's paygrade but his vibrations should be able to bypass it I think

Though it would be a problem for Whitebeard to actually kill her due to her physiology as a gem. However, his vibration tends to effect the whole body, which should in terms affect the gem on her. When Whitebeard learn that her gem is the key to properly killing her, his sole focus will be on it.

Overall, so far, for now, I'm gonna put my vote on Whitebeard via higher AP and vastly higher range

Thanks for the reminder of the 16 GT

Her Gem is High 6-A? I thought it was only her Shield and Bubble was High 6-A. And Whitebeard's vibrations can ignore durabiliy, so it could bypass the shield, if not, then it would be Inconclusive
 
Pink is holding back AF in her Rose form tho, and the page clearly says the only High 6-A thing she has in this form are Shield and Bubble.
 
It does according to her page, since its not on the page, and as we all know, it has to be on the page or else it can't be used; if you don't agree with that, go add "High 6-A with her Gemstone" or something like that.
 
Her Gem may had High 6-C durability, but not her physical form, WB should still be capable to damaged and destroyed her physical form.
 
The High 6-A durability thread wasn't even finished; we have to wait until that gets added before we can use it as an argument in threads.
 
Whitebeard can't really destroy Rose's gem and can at most yeet it away when she's deformed. However, she can just run back after regenerating so that's moot. Kinda one sided since Whiteneard can't do anything to Rose
